Lempeet is a laundry point-of-sale app made by Kreasi Maju. This page explains what data the app keeps, where, and why.
In short
- No account needed. No ads, no analytics trackers.
- Your laundry data stays on your phone. Only the Pro plan copies it to our servers to sync between phones.
- We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Data you enter
Laundry name, address and WhatsApp number, cashier names, customer names and WhatsApp numbers, deposits, tickets (service, weight, price, payment, status), and expenses. This data is entered by the laundry owner or cashier and is used only to run the point-of-sale features.
Where data is stored
- Free plan: on the phone only. We never receive a copy.
- Pro plan: data is also sent encrypted (HTTPS) to our servers on Cloudflare and a database operated by Kreasi Maju, so several phones in the same laundry share the same data and nothing is lost if a phone breaks. Each phone gets a random token; there is no email or password.
- Backup and Excel files you create are saved wherever you choose (for example Google Drive or WhatsApp). We cannot open them.
Phone permissions
- Camera: only to read QR codes on receipts and bag labels. No photos or videos are stored or sent.
- Bluetooth: only to print receipts and labels on a thermal printer.
- Files: only when you pick an Excel/CSV file to import or a backup file to restore.
WhatsApp and SMS
When you tap "Send on WhatsApp", Lempeet opens WhatsApp or your SMS app with the message filled in. You send it yourself through that app, under the privacy policy of WhatsApp or your carrier.
Payments
The Pro subscription is paid through Google Play. We never receive or store card or bank details.
Deleting data
- Data on the phone is deleted when you uninstall the app, or via More › Demo mode › Delete all data.
- To delete the server copy (Pro plan), email halo@kreasimaju.id with your laundry name. We delete it within 30 days.
Children
Lempeet is meant for laundry businesses, not for children.
